These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of k-sync (sync.krokanti.com), a Shopify product management platform operated by Krokanti Games SL ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using k-sync, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using k-sync, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using k-sync on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must authenticate via Krokanti Account SSO to use k-sync. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API tokens with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
k-sync offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans offer approximately 20% savings. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Product limits are soft limits with upgrade prompts; we do not interrupt active migrations.
When you connect a Shopify store via OAuth, you authorize k-sync to access your store's product data, orders, inventory, and related information through the Shopify Admin API. We access only the data scopes you authorize. You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data. We do not sell, share, or use your store data for any purpose other than providing the k-sync service. You may disconnect your store and request data deletion at any time.
You agree not to:
API access is subject to rate limits: 100 requests per minute per API token. Shopify API interactions are subject to Shopify's own rate limits (GraphQL: 1,000 cost points, REST: 40 calls per store). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access that exceeds fair use or degrades service for other users.
k-sync, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Krokanti Games SL. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use k-sync for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to your own data, product catalogs, and content uploaded to k-sync.
k-sync is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Krokanti Games SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of k-sync, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for k-sync in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to k-sync ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of k-sync after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
